My Inj 355 VL

Heres my ride which im currently painting

VL berlina factory V8 was carb now injected and stroked to 355
Harrop crank
ACL race series hypertectic pistons,rings,bearings
full port&polished heads flow 550hp
decked 9.8:1 comp
custom grind cam
custom chip
standed throttle body an manifold
hi flow cats pacey headers 3in out the ass
T700 stage 2 kit 2.5stall
lsd 200rwkw
Hsv vy gts wheels original
Standed Berlina trim
Im painting it at the moment will post more and better pics then

Mods to come are a custom interior and a blower

Paintin it the same colour with a light covering blue pearl (MAYBE) have to see how it looks first only painting cos some prick KEYED it wasnt happy

72 of 150 Thanks champ the mudflaps where only on as i live down a dirt road 3ks of the **** now that im paintin it there off cos we moving soon to an all sealed road oh so happy i use my boot a fair bit an needed the space at the time cos this was my daily driver but all is going to change soon as its no longer my daily driver well not as much
If I knew who it was i would have jealous is all they are F&*#in c#*ts

hey guys well Iv been away with work and haven had much of a chance
to work on my car just started rubbin the trace coat back today so far so good just have to wait for a sunny day get the heater crankin and paint away hopefully in 2 weeks time?? here is some of the engine bay when i painted it and put the injected motor in and how it looks now in the trace coat. As for who built it Rod Rainford from Advanced Engine Dynamics in Bendigo he is bloody good :-)
Not going for the Comeracing ttb now in the hunt for a Group A Manifold and going to go for a bigger cam now too :-) more power something around 550-600 thou lift and 235-245@50 in that area should be good

cant go wrong with a spool, treat it right and youll never have an issue with it. Ive had one for 2 years in my vn and broken nothing yet.

I was sick of rebuilding lsd's so thats why i went spool.
Everyones different, some say they cant stand the axle tramp or the car jumping around when your turning. It doesnt bother me.
As far as reliability goes, if you treat them good you wont break axles. Dont go flying around sharp corners just take it easy and you'll be right.
As far as tyres goes, i cant say coz i just use to fry them, and never got a chance to see how much the spool was wearing em lol
