RB3-747 finally

Hi guys,
I thought that I would finally do an article on my car.
I have nearly had the car for 8 years now and was my daily driver up until two years ago.
In the past two years I have decided to do a bit of work to the driveline. More work needs to be done but I don't have the time and money anymore so it is just sitting in the garage pretty much doing nothing.

Currently the specs for the car are as follows:
- standard turbo bottom end
- extensively ported heads with a Nizpro stage 3 cam and adjustable vernier
- Turbonetics T60-1/ T04E turbo on a slightly ported standard exhaust manifold
- Tial 44mm external wastegate
- CPC custom plenum with XF throttle body (early design plenum)
- GTR injectors, 984 fuel pump and a Malpassi rising rate adjustable regulator
- Microtech MT-8
- Jatco 3 speed with full manual valvebody and 3000rpm stall convertor
- genuine Hybrid intercooler
- rear suspension has had a bit of work done to it and hooks up extremely well, none of this ****ty sideways action when foot on the throttle. loses traction straight.

With my old cheap wastegate the car made 252RWKW at 17 PSI, after the Tial 44mm was installed it made 248RWKW at a very low 14 PSI.
I have been meaning to take it back to Bresciani to get it tuned to 17-18PSI but as I said earlier don't have the time too.

Most of the car has been sprayed in the past couple of years, also has received a calais Series 1 interior, and an upgrade of the stereo system.

I would love to spend more money on it and probably get it out on the track but we will see how things pan out in the next couple of months.
I have been promised that this car will run a high ten with C16, Slicks and around 20PSI, but am reluctant to try it.

A big thanks to Danny and John at Bresciani for the help in the past two years.
Also thanks to Transtyle for the auto, JPS Automotive for the paintjob, Ariel for the plenum, TroyVK for the turbo and cooler, and generally everybody else on this great forum that has helped me out with parts or knowledge.

It would look good underneath this banner again.....

....but will probably give it a miss, pretty much nothing has changed on it since last Easternats (except for the wastegate)

tune it again, pull that plenum off send it back to me and and will put the new version top half on it for next to nothing (polished of course), retune it, and then run it at the track, i want to see 10's

Ariel,
if the car isn't sold within the next few months I will do that, I will tune it first to 17 PSI, then swap plenums and tune again to see if there is any difference.
