Powder coating isnt cheap any more. On average for rims your standard qoute per rim is about $140 - $170.
Wouldnt be surprised if they charged $300 just for cooler pipes.
Would be worth it though, will look good for ever.

do not use tekcoat in bayswater. bad experiences and it left me out of pocket requiring my rims to be acid dipped back to metal.

i used eastern wheel works who charged me $4-600 for acid dipping cleaning and powdercoating bbs 3 pieces (obviously not including the dish.) get it sandblasted back first and cleaned properly. otherwise you get too many layer and things dont fit. also old silicon and stuff can bleed through and cause bubbling.
