Jpc inlet manifold heater hoses / vac lines etc

Hello All,

Looking to upgrade my inlet manifold. Had number 1 piston let go so looking to go to a bigger engine setup.
Did my research and JPC inlet manifold is the one for my package power output im after . 350 – 400 rwk
But and there are a few questions that needed to be asked
Heater hoses ??? Do they have an area to run them via the manifold, id say no!! Do people actually run them?
Any pics?
Vac lines etc they all get deleted? Due to the aftermarket computer(Microtech) ?? Booster lines etc.?
Please help !
Also are 100mm throttle body’s over kill? Or is the ever so budget build xf throttle body the way to go?

I have a jpc manifold but am yet to fit it, so can't answer your questions. But as for throttle body, xf will do everything you need it to do

There is 4 1/8th npt threads and 1 larger thread on the inlet for all vac lines. I removed most of the heater hose setup.

100mm is overkill for your setup. XF is fine but looks like ****. I used a Hypertune 80mm t/b.

Just cap ya fittings off that originally supplied water to the plenum or u can make a header tank or bleed valve welded to the top edge of the plenum so the cooling system can be bled

Just wondering did you have to cut holes in the engine bay. Thinking about buying a JPC plenum but I'm concerned about cutting holes. Do you reckon the intercooler pipe could run down beside the radiator or will the radiator outlet pipe be in the road.

Not sure about the JPC plenum, if it puts the piping too far forward to run the piping next to the radiator, but i have done this with a rajab plenum, not much room but fits. If you want pics or anything PM me.

Also how do you go about seting up the accelerator cable? You modify a standard one or run another ?

What setup are you running engine trans turbo fuel? Power output?
Looks like a 35/82 r lowmount ?

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but can anybody tell me what top radiator hose to use with the JPC manifold. I am running a standard radiator. A standard top radiator hose is to long and the coolant outlet on the Manilfold is larger in diameter vs the Radiator outlet
