Who'll fit ext. gate to std manifold in SA?

guys,
im after a workshop in Adelaide who can weld in an external gate flange to my standard manifold, i gave tilbrooks a call and they said they wont do it due to the chance of it cracking. Which says a lot for their quality by the way!

ive got a brand new garrett t04b with t3 exhaust flange, 550cc 13bt injectors and external gate to fit, dyno tune etc etc

Does anyone know anyone good that will be able to do this?

Tilbrooks also said that they'll have to make a fuel rail up to fit the injectors, but ive heard on here that its not neccessary,so some people on here must be talking s**t (i know who i believe)

anyway,
post away guys!!
JT

its not quality of work its the fact they are join 2 different metals with different heat latencies. one cools faster than the other and one is tough and one will be brittle and facture easy. ask a professional welding place they may be able to help u

Hey mate,

Give Bremen welding at salisbury a call they have done this before for me and did a great job. Has been on that car for 2yrs and no sign of cracking.

As for the injectors RPM can machine the o-ring end of the injector into a barbed end so you can join it to the fuel rail with some hose.
