Yep you will need 7" rims. I ran my MT Streets on 15 x 7, 5 spoke alloys,

Got them out the quokka for $20 pair.

yeah you can use 235's on 6" rims but be careful about bead slip.

It's about $115 a rim to get them widened to 8". I might be getting a set done soon

that might be a option like i said tho im only going to have about 300kw and its all just for fun so i might just buy some cheap 15x7 rims out of quokka if i cant find any of those ill get some widened

whatever wheels you use on the road will probably still be fine for the front. if you are getting serious then you want something thin and light weight on the front for rolling weight/resistance.

however sometimes if you arent running big heavy 19s or 20s and you just pump up the tyres to around 40 or a touch above that will suffice.

as for the rears, as already mentioned, just get a cheap set of 15x7s suit holden. i have a set of CSA wheels that i will use, they look **** lol

yeah thats what i plan on doing thanks chad like i mentioned im not serious so front runners are not needed just want a bit of grip on the strip and something so i wont chew out my street tyres which are 19's and a bit expensive to replace just because i wanna go down the strip. i know et street radials are not cheap but they will also help me down the strip
