ive got a built t400, but also got a glide, gona put the t400 in till the glide gets built hence 4.11s

not really much to take, its just a bunky rolla atm with no driveline or interior, il take some mroe ova the coming weeks after she gets sum body work and frame swap

It won't need 4.11's, personally I think you will be better off with 3.45's. Match the stall up correctly and the thing will be a weapon.

Its just a personal opinion. With something like an LS motor, you still have bulk torque off boost compared to a RB engine for arguments sake. With the correct stall they just come on and fry the ass off them no matter what really so I guess it doesn't matter.

my convertor is setup already, it is gd for the 3'45s but gonzo said go 3.7s or 3.9s, 4.11s are abit over kill but the post was put up b4 getting the convertor finished and speaking to gonzo, time to change the1st post me thinks

to be honest luke is right, you should really go for 3.45's as your motor will pull it up easy with the torque. I am going the same ratio in my setup, but like he said also it will fry it regardless.....

after going in a vlct today with 3.9s and a 5speed and sitting on 120 at like 3500rpm in 5th its totally put me off goin taller gears so 3.45s it is

hahaha i could almost see the fuel guage moving to the left cruising at 3000rpm. plans sound solid, looking forward to seeing this one get off the ground... well the front wheels anyway hey.

picked up a master pwr gt45 with only 2000kms and a 48mm turbosmart pro gate for bugger all so gona slap them on and see how we go.

4:11s are great for a genner in a 1800kg car, vls light but u got torque so 3:7s the go !! got a few mates that run them down the track in vl's also n even they are with 3:7s.. try the 3.45 but cause theyll still be killer cause you got a light car they may be better as they only got cams and your going turbo!
