Probably made the first part of the fuel map really rich to get it fired up then backs off the fuel once its at idle.

Thats how the ecu in my Supra was going to be setup for coldstart as my ecu cant use the factory coldstart injector or idle control valve.

He wasn't happy with the tune in it so he redone the lot

He hasn't really spent any time on the cold start either as the car hasn't been left there overnight so it was cold
But he will happily come around foc to do the cold start if it needs tweaking

Na Mate Geoff built a motor for me a few years ago and Pete tuned it defs knows his stuff always tunes a few of my mates vlts as well

Yeah he is a very good tuner!

Tunes alot of other workshops cars to

Pity he ****ed his leg tho, 5 days off work I think he said

Probably take the car out there next week with the new eboost on, try n get it on sooner n see what it can make at 25-35lb

Trd LSD is in now 2 n all new suspension bushes

i have personally seen 5 billet turbos fail, so i don't know what the go is with them

I think it's all in how there setup

U have to make sure the drain fitting is cut down so it won't bottom out in the centre which means the oil won't drain out
Also need to run restrictorsvin the feed line so it doesn't get to much oil

Mark also told me to make sure the water lines are hooked up the right way, this was fir the 2j, not sure on other motors

So far my turbo has performed very well n will c how it goes this week with more boost

if its the guy l,m thinking of he was delt with leagal action he had the **** because mark wouldnt sponser him and give him a turbo the turbo that was shown with water leaks was never returned for warrenty, so you figure. peter the turner of troys supra was rapt with the turbo and the way it performed l also had the same responce from efi with another billet on a stag that l had done it was gt30 specs and made 376rwhp on 16psi with no effort and not much timming

I've heard some good things about these billet turbos too, but didn't seem to stop mine leaking water into the compressor cover...or mixing oil and water inside the core until the bearings made more noise after shutdown than the car itself still running.. lol

they still look pretty sexy tho..

If I'd pulled it off the car when it first started leaking water into the comp cover, the bearings would prob have been alright, was told that it would be repaired for free if it was taken right then, however at the time, being my only car and stuff, its was a bit hard to just rip the turbo off and send it 100km away for however long, and so I had to keep driving it, water and oil then began mixing in the core of the turbo etc, bearings started gettin real noisy and then yeah, it cost me 600 bucks I think in the end after repairs.... and then I happily sold the turbo on, and bought myself a GT35 for which has copped abuse for 3 and half years now and still has never let me down.

l have spoken to mark in the past few days about what has been said and his responce is simple anything that has a fault is fixed free as it should be if you dont own 1 why complain, and if you have failure and dont send it back, he carnt be held responsible, and on another note, one of his turbo's are on the fastest 10.5'' fastest outlaw in the us and if they were so bad why is itswar upgrading to a bigger turbo, pigsy
