This car is immaculate guys. I really hope it gets found soon, it would be horrible to see something happen to such a nice VLCT All the best!

Anymore info on area it was stolen from? Have you contacted the police?

Yeah have contacted police, but you know how these things are, I haven't seen or heard anything from them after I called that stupid Police assist line at 830 this morning... Was stolen from Glenhaven which is hills district, north western sydney. Nothing really distinctive on it, no damage stickers or anything like that, tinting is dark as, and it's pretty damn loud but besides that... pics:

Hey guys, just got a call from Mt. Druitt police, they found the car, apparently it's intact although I don't know what that means. At least it's been found.

Mate thats great news!!

Intact means the car isn't 'burn out' 'stripped' or 'wrapped around a pole'. But expect to be forking out for some new rear tyres and a new ignition barrel. They probably just took it for a joy ride your lucky to get it back so soon i hope the car gets back to you with minimal damage mate.

Yea, probably just new tyres and maybe a smashed window, locks and an ignition barrel?
Post pics of the damage (if any)

be careful popular alarms are often the easiest to get around

You're right. Firstly don't advertise what you have. But it all comes down to installation. I remember a "reputable" installer company fitting something for me and then a mate of mine who does installs pointing out the weaknesses in the install. Some really basic stuff that could render your car alarm useless by tardy work. All fixed now.

Yeah am considering myself lucky, have to trek out to the impound and get it once they've done fingerprinting etc. Will post pics and let you all know how it goes, from what I can gather they've nicked it and driven the sh*t out of it until it ran outta petrol so hopefully I can get it started and back home without too much of an issue. Alarms is next. I guess just as a warning, no neighbourhood is safe lock those babies up nice and tight each night and yeah any money spent on alarms, mobilisers etc is definitely worth it cause it ain't fun coming out in the morning and having your car gone!

Also, a tip for all you CT guys in your "Location" don't put down your suburb or where you live because it just makes people more "interested" in taking a look at your car
