Hey guys,

A few of us here in l Adelaide have been talking again and are keen to do another VL Turbo day. This time lets make it an Australian wide event. SA BOYS VS VIC BOYS went down really well and was talked about for months.

So the idea is, this time to Organise an event that will not be forgotten,

CALLED:- THE VL TURBO NATIONALS!!!!!!

Where: Heathcote Park {Bendigo} is Where it is going to be held.

This will be open to all VL's NA, Turbo, V8, Street and Drag cars. If we get the numbers i'm sure a private day run over 2 days will be no issue and make it worth while for interstater's.

The Date is set 24th & 25th of April. This giving you almost 4mths notice. So get your cars finished.

SPONSORS. If any workshops would be interested in particapating in any way. Either with maybe prizes or help to pay for track hire etc. Please PM me. Anything at all i think we could make this a huge day and very well worth while for there business etc. No doubt there will be some workshop rivalry on track too.

Looks like the Magazine Street Commodores is keen to do some coverage etc. Also there would be no shortage of Photographers and plenty of pictures going around.

There will be a new event called street fighter. This will be based on basically a street car arriving at the track and having a run against other VL's while in street trim.

There will also be a powerskid comp. Come and show how far you can spin the wheels down the track without any aplication on the brakes while trying to maintain as much smoke and trail length

There will be a burnout comp aswell.

There will be a test and tune day Sat and competition on the Sunday.
