Anyone got any idea what this is? Found it in the radiator...

haha looks like its the head gasket, and its been gone for a long time!

drain a bit out and sit it in a tub, and tell us if the oil seperates from the water.

Put a drop of dish washing liquid in when it settles and You'll see all the oil run to one side.

Defently oil lol Bummer!

is the car auto? it could be that the tranny oil and coolant are mixing in the radiator

could try flushing your cooling system and seeing if it comes back, also look under your oil cap in the rocker cover and see if water has contaminated the oil.

Looks like a head gasket. Pressure test it to double check. If you wanna keep that engine you will need to flush it many, many times. Happened to me last year. Sorry bud lol.
