It says on the site that due to $250,000 of funding (wtf), they have been able to set up this hoon hotline - which is actually an already established line known as CrimeStoppers (WTF) - all they had to do was say to the call centre operators "OK, now you're going to get lots of calls from conservative and narrow minded f*cks wishing to ruin the passions of young people".

That certainly doesn't cost $250,000. Billy, you know what CSR training is like. It doesn't cost anything.

Tell them to eat a d*ck, because you didn't do sh*t. They have no evidence.

the EPA fines are bullsh.it, i got a fine in the mail saying i threw a coke bottle out the window of my car...which was parked out the front of my work...while I was not in it!

the guy who dobbed me in just so happened to be the same guy who came past my work twice a week n f**ked off with $100 worth of sh.it without paying...(in his slapped up white VQ with blue l.e.d. bonnet lights, blue neons, blue wiper blades and ****ty 17 chromeis and a fu.ck off jap spec rear wing stuck on the boot...and i mean literally 'stuck on' could see glue running down the boot)

until i got sick of copping a spray from my boss coz the cu.nt always seemed to come steal sh.it on my shift...so i wrote down his plates...passed it on to the cops...he now has a date in court.

anyway point is i copped a fine in the mail...220
u simply ring up and tell them that u didnt do it and they drop the charge...
stupid f**kin system...that its up to me to prove my innocence,
not up to the person who rang up to prove my guilt.

WHY IS THE OWNOUS ON ME TO PROOVE MY INNOCIENCE??????

the dob in a hoon hotline works on the same f**kn FLOORED SYSTEM..
why is it my responsibility to prove that i didnt do anything...
it sounds like an excuse for anyone who dislikes anybody else to stick it up them...its petty i know, but effective all the same considering they still get a fine in the mail
the slogan should read
“...dont like someone? f**k them, we’l get them for you...”

And surely receiving constant calls from police saying u were seen ‘being a hoon’ when u have done nothing is harassment.

Its the same as the "dob in a litterer" hotline. Those are some pretty hefty fines I've heard, although they apparently don't take no for an answer.

I actually dobbed someone in a few weeks ago for littering. It frustrates me. I was walking down to my local bottle shop when this guy walked out of the fish and chip shop, ripped his potatoe cake out of the paper bag and threw it on the ground right next to a bin and got in his sicked up VR and sped off.

Seriously... it was more effort to throw it than put it in the bin.

Hate me if you want for dobbing him in but it was such a stupid thing.

I <3 you too much, Brett.

Thats fair enough. All I'm saying is both hotlines have the same principle - one persons word against another, no evidence, and it can be misused.

I agree. At the end of the day though they CANNOT fine you UNLESS there is a) PROOF, or b) someone willing to stand up in court (eg accuser / policeman)

You'll come undone if you admit it though.

I was going to call up some this line and 'dob in' some co*ksucker who was tailing me for a good 3-4 mins then swerving all over the road like a complete fu*k head, he was swerving over to my lane causing me to go on the opposite side of the road (crossing double lines) then trying to pass other ppl on the left side of the road and almost slamed into a parked car twice...

but after thinking about it and reading what you guys have said nothing will happen anyway, waste of my time even calling. These people don't learn their lesson until they take out some soccer mum driving the kids home from school and killing everyone in the family. These piece of sh*t drivers really pi*s me off.

i agree with ther littereing part, so pointless and unecessary to litter (thers a bin right there wtf) . but you probably would of got the message across better to him if you told him urself on the spot, especialy if seeing it realy botherd you that much
