Ok well "all you can eat" does sound bad, you would have to say buffet, sounds a bit classier, lol. Have you been there? its actually pretty classy compared to other Crown restaurants eg Sante.

It might be the classiest joint in the world, but even 'buffet' isn't gonna get you quality gash...
I'll have to check it out for myself though, lol.

This man is on the money, alternatively The Conservatory at Crown is just as good, on the 2nd/3rd level and it overlooks the city/river. Roughly the same prices as The Langham also.

Sizzler boys, blast from the past.

Just take a drive around Richmond/Chapel St and pick something that looks nice. Thats what we did on Valentine's Day. Ended up at a little pizza cafe place on Glenferrie Rd. Theres heaps of places there.

Even Docklands has some nice stuff; I went to a Greek place down there (nfi what its called). Hella expensive, but good. Right on the water, and you can get gelato afterwards.

You can't go past Sandown Park Greyhounds...

Thursday night race night buffet for $40 or $85 with all you can drink, so let her drive and cheap out with the $40 package for her while you slam down spirits all night. 5 minutes down the road is F1 motel so its a winner all round

Went to another really nice restaurant on the weekend called the Hoa Tran in Springvale. Very nice Vietnamese food with 2 floors of seating. Best thing I like as soon as you sit down they place a soup broth on your table, just to enlighten your taste buds LOL. Christ that sh!t is nice. Menu is huge with such a large variority & it's not a menu, it's a book LOL. There's a staff of dozen waiters LOL which are allways on the ball.

Any good restaurants along Lygon street Melbourne or near by. Went to the Crown on the weekend & walked down Lygon street & we were literally dragged into a restaurant called the Lygon Dolce Vita. The bloke said we'll give you 20% off the hole price of your meals or free if we didn't like it. Which I thought was good deal & the meals were good.
But anyway, we didn't really get to walk along the the hole of Lygon street. So I was wondering has anyone had any good experience's/meals at a restaurant along Lygon street. Any recommendations.

To be perfectly honest man ive never ever had food at any place at lygon and thought far out def. have to go back to that place, its really just somewhere to go have a drink or a coffee, talk sh!t with your mates, meet woman that straight out are down for sausage or just to be seen
Just my opinion lol
