Twin Cam VLCT

Hey guys, Thought I'd post a few pics of my ride up so everyone can add comments and let me know what they think.
A lot of people have said they have seen me cruising around so I'll fill you in on what my ride is all about.

Heres a run down:

Factory Calais Turbo Series 2
Alpine white (resprayed before I got it 2 months ago)
Factory manual (now a R33 5 speed)
Heavy duty clutch
RB30 / 25 head
Cooler
3 inch Exhaust
Twin 044 fuel pumps
Under car surge tank
Factory 126,000km (I believed it when I saw the interior )
350 rwhp (engine management now fitted)
Engineers certificate for everything done, completely road legal

Future plans include:
Wolf 500V (at the moment the factory limiters are annoying )
Turbo installation (Lets just say big ex 1.27 comp .96)
Forged internals, injectors, manifold etc
50mm external wastegate
Powerglide
Small NOS shot off the line
Respray (Unsure of color)
Leather interior (I'm dreaming at the moment)
Ultimately 10's in street trim (this means race it as I drove it to the track)

Here are some pics
PS - Engine bay pics are as I brought it and I'm embarrased its real ugly, so be nice.

I want to say a big thanks to this officer for being a bloody legend. He pulled me over within 10 min inside the border (ok so thats not so cool ) Done the usual, bretho licence check and said i can go. I said mate would you mind doing something for me, no worries he says. I asked if he could check over the engineers certificate + the car to tell me its history, which he done. He said papers were all good and even told me what I may want to change so as when i get pulled over again they wont have anything to defect !! This officer spent a good 25 min with me going over my new ride (just brought it interstate) When he went to leave I said could he sit on 110kmh (limit) so i can check speedo as melbourne western ring road is a prick. He thought a sec and said .... speedo's not always 100% ... Ill set up my radar, get your speed and tell you exactly what your doing. I responded .. I think my speedo is out 10kmh .. ill be doing 120kmh. He laughed and said, mate im not goiing to give you a ticket anyway he checked my speedo and was pretty good. Anyway just like to say thanks mate !! your a credit to the police force

Just want to add a couple pics. I brought the Wolf V500 and have started fitting it. Also to clean up the engine bay I removed the wiring, original harness, ran wiring under guard for headlights etc.
Massive thanks to Tim for picking up management then holding me at ransome for it

Fusebox gone but original harness still in car

Running wires for everything inside guard

Pulled off everything to take out A/C stuff and remove guard

Had to pull lower half of dash out to pull wiring through dash shocking job, lol

Drunk mate compares new TV71 with high flowed T3 .... doesnt look so high flowed does it ?? haha

This is the engine bay with all wires removed, Obviously you can still see the Wolf wires but there all being sorted 1 by 1

This is a bit of a tease ya shot ...... YES !!! the bonnet shuts fine....

Hey, you can see my passenger seat in the Wolf shot! Go Berlina!

This car is even better in the flesh, guys. Can't wait to go for a spin with the new ECU and a replacement clutch.

BTW if you go leather, then that Calais interior is MINE!!!

When he left the second time he put his hand out, shook mine and said have a safe drive .... I recon there are heaps of cops out there like that ... but unfortunatly when their told that they have to go out on duty for a particular reason then we get defected. It a shame car owners and police seem to be at war, if met some top cops after being pulled over ... and some not so top ones.....

good point .... save the dirty stuff for MSN

Just thought id add a couple things.
Last night done the mods adv by Tec at Wolf Tec department to the CAS so as the wolf can pick up a pules. When I spin the CAS by hand the fuel pump kicks in so the ECU is getting some type of signal but there is no injector pulse Tonight a mate is bringing over a laptop so i can plug in the ECU and make sure they actually put a map on there..... Does anyone have any thoughts on this. I was instructed to open up the CAS and drill a 3mm hole 3mm to the trailing side of the disc beside the smallest hole. This simply gives the ECU a pickup point for number 1 cylinder. Ill let you know how it goes tomorrow
