yer was quiet interesting sore him fitting it on, out the side of the car, disconnected his rear exhaust, he had 2 extra injectors running under the hood, not a relatively big turbo, looked like a hi-flow, just didnt pull any quick times

So what time did the MACJET orange thing run?.

Personally would'nt bother takeing a car that could'nt run a 11 it's too embarassing, people expect a street car driven every day to run 10's.

Let the truth be know most of those cars spend there lifes on trailers and sitting in workshops.

It's not all about running good/top numbers..who cares if ya car runs 12/13's
it's a DYO(Dial your own) bracket..if ya good at the lights and can come close to ya dial in time every time you race.. you can beat anyone, even all the big guns..thats what racing is all about.

Not everyone can afford to run 11's, I think it's just good to see people put there having a go whether they run 11's or 14's.

VLT and DYO arent a good combo. They would have to allow for their 5 sec delay waiting for boost, then add 9 secs. They would probably run the same numbers as stock VLT

well champ, thats drag racing..
to many people worrie about what times they run, how quik there car is or what MPH they have run, than the real thing. when your drag racing it's who beats the person next you not what sik time you ran..

Thats what im trying to say. As far as im concerned the time starts on green, not when you leave the line. I fthese big numbers cars ran a green they would probably run high 10's at best. So as far as im concerned these arent drag cars as they drag no one. These are time slip cars.

MACJET is an aussie owner, who lives in ballarat. I think his mechanic is a bit of a ****head juding by what he has done and the type of effort he put into things.... small town - turbo car - not enough experience. He should have paid to get it worked on in melbourne where people know their VLs inside and out.

He was very cool to speak to, his car has ran a 13 at calder on a winter night. At heathcote, he had a lot of problems, including a flat battery because he didnt drive it for 3 months. Everytime he came on boost the ignition would cut as there was sfa power. Proof of that was when he did a burnout and the car stalled, so he jump started it with a remote jumper pack! lol.

Mods are, highlfow, cooler, custom intake, lsd and stock auto tranny which is slipping like anything, and his stall is absolutely rooted.

As INFLYT said, its all about having a great farking time, sure you might not have money for a sub 12second car and its a little embarrassing, but people had to start somewhere. I thought i was pretty cool how some guys car blew up on the track (SIN 454) so he raced the BA XR6Turbo TOW CAR instead! - what a champ, exactly what heathcote is all about. Even though MACJET did a crap time he had a great day/night out and probably got a few people to give him ideas about how to make it better.

Calder park is full of politics and EGO - not enough friendliness in the racing. If your willing to travel to heathcote then you have come a long way to have a good time, so every one is chilled out as if the air was burnt weed

Now that you mention it, MACJET does mirror ZOXJET.
As for TPSCRT, it mean's 'Top Secret'.
