Ive installed my own mini spool and set up some 4.11 gears in my BW, i didnt find it hard at all.

I didnt use a diff spreader the center came out by just prying out out keeping it square.

Ive found that all commodre BW housings ive worked on all seem to have had the spreader holes welded up, i mite make a diff spreader one day.
