ok to prove a sad point.... my bro has a EB Ford (sad i know) he reacons he want to twin turbo it!!! he's gonna have a small turbo for bottom end and big turbo for top end! wat the? with no idea on anything to do with cars obviously... someone shed some light on the topic.... whats 2 turbos gonna do that one wont? i mean one big and one small??? what a waiste of cash... oh didnt mention he is in debt for the car of $6000.

ok someone to explain the fundamental of twin turbo,
the fact of pricing... he thinks its just wack on the turbo and away ya go..

ok he just says a small turbo spools up for for bottom end and a big one for the top end?

one small and one big is an excellent idea.

The small turbo builds boost fast and get you off right? but then starts the lack as your speed and revs get higher, then your large turbo takes over, with heaps of boost and fun!

yay
.

EA/Bs can't even keep it together running atmo, never mind with 15 psi shoved up their clacker

I'm not a Ford disser, but EA/B Falcons are total pieces of crap. Ugly, unreliable, totally unsporty. You should kickbox him just for paying 6k for it.

I have seen a set of compound turbos running on a RB30 before very very impressive the way it builds boost!!!.
It was a TO3 high flow feeding a big Holset, not sure of the specs.
Weird looking pipe setup, but it get results.

tell your brother if he is goin to do anything about turboing his EA/B falcon he should buy the factory turbo kit that some came out with. may not be be twin turboed, but it would be a hell of a lot cheaper and easier to bolt on.
