The Ultimate Sleeper 87 VLT

Hi guys,

I bought my first commodore after playing with my HZ for the last 5 years or so and thought id build a nice neat daily driver with around 500hp.

Picked up an immaculate VL executive off a guy whod only owned it 12 months after purchasing it off the original owner.

Plans are to keep it completely sleeper on the outside but nice and stout on the motor side.

So far I have fitted a half cage, King Springs superlows with Whiteline adjustable panhard rod and Whiteline sway bars with strut brace to come.

Have an original A8 motor which will be rebuilt and have so far accumulated the following;

JD customs plenum
NOS EA falcon throttle body
Steam pipe high rise turbo manifold which ive had HPC coated black
Rocker cover re powdercoated in wrinkle red as per original
Turbosmart Supersonic bov
Plazmaman 600x300 intercooler
VN Group A SS airbox (to replace original and assist in flow)
Assorted other parts re powdercoated

Have also got a set of original chasers which ill repaint and put some Mickey Thompson ETs on for shows/racing but for now have a set of VZ thunder wheels.

Any comments/advice would be greatly appreciated as im only new to the VL Turbo scene.

I will add photos once I work out how to get around the URL and add them straight off my computer.

Thanks
