Thanks for the kind words guys!

Here's a pic I took when I took the car in to work and gave it a wheel alignment.

Just purchased a Nistune and 550cc injectors off Sean (-pumba-) and fitted them up straight away. I had the intercooler piping and exhaust modified by Dr. Bolt, as they just weren't fitting right, so now the piping is in getting re-powder coated. I also have bought a BNIB genuine Bosch Z32 AFM and plug for it so will be sending it to Jaustech in the new year for a tune.

PS. MallaNats this weekend!!

Went to MallaNats on the weekend. Pulled 246rwKw @ 14psi on Mildren's Mainline dyno. Had so much fun in the powerskids and cruise events!

seems like pretty good power with those mods mate not much difference between our setups and your making 70kw more than i am.
you have done an awesome job getting the car to this standard in just 9 months.

Cheers Deano, I haven't been counting but it's around the $15k mark and Matt, it's actually been 18 months, I just started the thread 9 months ago. Mine is manual and did have octane booster in so there's some extra jiggawatts over yours?

I decided to take the gauges off the bonnet last night to make it a little more street friendly.

Haha, I obviously wound it back to zero lol and I haven't yet got a speedo cable.
I also removed the mini spool and fitted a tightened LSD, just to make it a bit more comfortable for the street.

It's been a few months since I was last in here!

I took it to Whyalla Steel City Raceway (1/8th mile) for the Big Bucks Challenge on Feb 18th running street tyres 205's front and 225's rear and run a best of 8.60 @ 89 MPH.

Then I was asked to represent Grange Road Auto Worx at their sponsored Super Sunday at AIR on March 18th. So with their help, I fitted up a 50hp shot of nitrous and some 26x10" slicks with some 165 radials up front then run a best of 7.54 @ 94 MPH and every pass I did was two tenths quicker than the last!

Now I have the drag racing bug and I'm in the process of collecting parts for an E85 converion, then a 20psi tune!

Yeah it's really good, pulls HARD. I have always seen nitrous as cheating though, but it's fun!
