farkin release bearing

ok i put a new clutch in my vlt when i turboed it about 9 months ago and when i did i noticed the release bearing was only just on the clutch fingers so it would make a noise. so i spent all day taking the farkin box out(cos i was drinking at the same time) and im gona put a new bearing in.

have any of you guys made some kind of spring that'l bring the fork fully back so its off the clutch fingers when i deppress the clutch? or will making the pushrod shorter help?

cheers Matt
