My VL Calais HDT Group 3

Hey

I have seen alot of other peoples VL's on here but havnt yet put up mine and i think its about time to do so. Well here it is

Engine/gearbox/exhaust:

RB30 Series 2
Pacemaker extractors
CAI Straight through Airbox
New Lifters
2.5 Sports Exhaust; 3 Tip
5 Speed Manual
Shortened shifter
New ECCS Sensors
New Windscreen washer/Coolant overflow bottles
New upgraded fuse rail

Differential/Drive Line:
LSD 28 Spline running 4:11's
Shimmed real tight
Machined cones
Freshly rebuilt
New front wheel bearings
New axle bearings
Brand new centre bearing and universal joints in tail shaft


Suspension/wheels:

Monroe GT Gas super reflexes
Lowered King springs
Rear sway Bar
Whiteline Strut bars
Pedders Pan Hard Rod
17" VT Intrnationals Originals

Brakes:
VT Upgrades
Slotted front and Rear
296mm Front slotted rotor
Upgraded Booster
Upgraded 1" master cylinder

Body Work:
HDT Group 3 Kit
Panorama Silver (Walkinshaw colour)
Remote Central Locking
Remote Boot release
Bonnet gas strut supports
Lipped Guards
Boot sealed and fully been sprayed with body detener
Re done window frames and door handles

Interior/Sound System/Electricals:
6x9 Alpine in modified 6mm rear parcel shelf
4 Alpine front speakers
Kenwood Head Unit
2x 12" Clarion Subs
Clarion Amp
Custom made Sub box, Stronger
High rise centre console (sunglass holder)
Series 1 rear headrests
Reconditioned switches
New upgraded fuse rail
HID Light KIT 6000K

Stripped out interior added more Insulation

Next is to, finish of VLT Motor, R33 Gearbox, HD Clutch, New rear light garnish/plastics, Windows tinted and that should be just about it.

Yeah not a brrom stick just a bit of MDF, but you can call it a broom stick if you like.

The LE wing is to heavy for the standard springs to hold it open, im going to hopefully fit some struts to it.

only thing that spoils it is the Calais badge on the sill

Yeah i have been told to take it of a few times now but it doesnt really get to me that much, as in i dont think it looks that bad.

Plus im kinda worried to take them of as they are held on real damn well.
