stolen vl commdore

hey ppl my vl was stolen last night out the front of novetel on fitzroy street left it for about 1/2/hour to come back and find my car gone and my solex lock on da ground 5 hrs later get a fone call form the cops saying the have found it in broadmedows with no stereo no amp half the interior gone and my s2 calais intrument panel but dnt no

Thats no good but look at it this way you will get the car back but most dont.

got it back all they took was my tool box.my complete stereo system my rca leads,my s2 calais instrument panels,clthes that i had in my car,my tool box,and my cds but they left my wheels grill and my 6/9s and sports sterring wheel fnnnnnnn wankers

no, the way they break in is by jamming a socket peice into the solex lock and turning it around hence the solex lock falling out

the lock falls out because when they push a screwdriver under the barrel to slide the bar across it pushes the clip of the back of the barrel and it falls out when they pull the screwdriver out.

Shaved locks and central locking would prevent this - but then again they can always break a window.

Did you have an alarm and club lock?

best thing to do is when u go to bed at night park ur car infront of another car thus preventing an attempt
