when i first got the car it wasnt running the best and had this issue which i thought was the rev limiter kicking in but it was in fact boost completely dropping off as seen in the boost graph in red, the car was also not running enough boost, the blue line was from the last tune with the previous owner, you can also see in the power and torque graphs that it was making more power before and the turbo/ boost was an issue. the car also had another issue where it was lagging too much and we pulled the exhaust off and the car picked up 40kw instantly, i thought it must have had a blocked cat but it turns out that the rear mrt section was restricting it so thats when i had the rear section Y and mufflers put on, we went from twin 2in mrt system to a custom 2.5in system, now the power was back

these graphs below are from when it was done, the different power levels are for the SI drive that this car has

nice sleeper man. just make sure you keep it regularly serviced; boxers dont like to run for long without good oiling. mate of mines just cleared his wallet out after big end bearing went lol

It all depends on how you drive, I've had 3 boxers in the family.

Admittedly they're all non turbos, but never had issues with them.
Watch out when you change the coolant, the thermostat is at the bottom of the motor.
Fill the motor via the to hose first so you don't get a big vapor lock.
