My VL SL Turbo

Name: Shaun
Model: 1986 VL SL
Colour: White
Engine Type: RB30ET
Engine Mods: Forged bottom end, not 100% sure on whats in the motor, GT35/40 Turbo, Rajab Racing Intake plenum and TB, Some sort of intercooler, Link G4 ecu
Power: Needs a tune
Exhaust: Not sure
Gearbox: 3 Speed Auto fully manualised with a 3500rpm stall
Diff: Not sure
Brakes: VT front with drilled and slotted rotors
Suspension: Way to high springs, everything else looks new swaybars etc
Wheels/Tyres: 18" VZ SSZ rims
Interior: Standard
Stereo: Nothing
Build Period: Just Started
Future Mods: Calais front, sports steering wheel, Eboost2, tune, B & M Shifter, Lower it a bit, bigger injectors, e85, tune, run 10s, rollcage, skids

Currently have a momo wheel to go on just need a boss kit, Also have Superlow rears to go in and some sort of pedders for the front not sure on height, anything will be better than it is now.

I got this car pretty much built how it is now, just putting some of my own personal touches on it, it came on stockies but i thought this looked better, now i am chasing some convo pros for it. Other than that it needs some fuel so i can sort out whatever is wrong in the fuel system and then rego it get a decent tune sorted and drive it.

heres some ****ty pics as the cars out of rego so cant take it anywhere nice lol

These pictures made me laugh, stupid cat

I like the all black engine, I personally think the blue joiners are a massive let down. Otherwise looks nice

It looks like 3inch. I could be wrong, take 1 off and measure it from end to end. Done.

looks good man.

Like the black and white.

Interested to see how the front looks on the car as a whole from afar.

Car actually has rego and drives on the street now, its dropping trans fluid like no tomorrow but apparently i just need a flexible braided dipstick because the one on the trimatic now doesnt work. Good fun to drive though, it feels alot more mental than any of my other cars lol
