Jpc vl

Just came across this on the JPC website:

http://www.jpc.com.au/?p=288

The VL that is equipped with the custom T3 turbo managed to reel off 418RWKW on E85.

Awesome effort, .63 rear housing?? Incredible.

Must be at least 68mm sized compressor stuck in the front of that thing and if its a .63 rear I'll eat my hat.

I've personally seen all the development of that engine package, and yes the numbers released are dead accurate - i was there when the dyno punched out the numbers.

Hours upon hours on the engine dyno.....i ran out of popcorn just watching.

Experience and knowledge shows.....

thats what i was thinking, a 4294 wheel, it makes around the same power as
his 35/42 combos by the looks, how do you jam a 68mm comp wheel in a hole that only ever fits a 56mm wheel?

Killer sleeper 140mph setup

cheers
darren

I am sure its a stock T3 .63 rear with an internal gate..

There wouldn't be one component in that turbo that was the same as when it came from the factory calling it a T3 hi-flo is like calling a .. a...a fuck I dunno. It certainly is the worlds biggest Hi-flo.

Ah ok, my mistake, i just got confused because ADVNCD is the same colour combo and was also built by JPC (ADVNCD had a sunroof though)

GM747 is Dark Blue, whereas ADVNCD is a dark metallic Black.

The power curve on it looks lethal. And revving out 7,900. Couldn't be anything left in the little 0.63 t3.

Yep, i think thats the car. There was huge debate about it, most people were saying it could hardly be considered a T3.
