save your coin and run neither.

plus there is nothing to defect.

if you run a search it has been discussed in detail all before...

I ran a BOV in my old VL. The chicks loved it, I loved it too, but it just added extra hassles, potential to leak boost, unpredictable **** happened. Anyway sold that VL now I have another one and it makes a nice compression noise by standard, it's not as loud but I love it just as much.... From my own experience, I wouldn't put one on again..

what about one of the GFB "stealth" BOVs, yeah they are pricey but you can go from silent to a noisy one is a twist of the wrist.

Just get a plumb back put in if your worried... But make sure it looks decent...

Saves your turbo
Cops wont defect you
puts the cooled air back into the intake pipe

yeh mate the supersonic ones are illegal because its not plumb back...get a stealth one where u can adjust it from queit to loud..turbosmart have a stealth series where u can get any type of there bov but in black so it blends in with your engine bay as usualy cops look for obvious aftermarket parts...

I've never seen a turbo break due to not having a BOV. think its more of a myth

I thought venting back through the turbo contributed to the amount of shaft play and in effect turbo longevity? As well as using a 270 or 360 degree thrust bearing. ??

so in an auto when i back my foot off the throttle the magical throttle fairy holds it open to prevent it from snapping shut????
