NA gearbox mount different to 34, and housing bolts, spacers??

Hi all

Am aware that all VL the cross members are the same from reading threads on this forum

My question is are the gearbox mounts? Can I remove an NA manual gearbox and put an R34 5 speed in and put the cross member straight back or is there a different mount connecting the gearbox to the cross member??

Also upon removing an NA gearbox can those same housing bolts be used to install the gearbox or are they longer/shorter?

And where are the spacers people are talking about and how big? Is it washers on the bolts that fix the cross member into the underside of the car?

Much appreciated
