You could always get a set of 15inch simmons and have them done in whatever offset you want .

Did you have to move the shocks at all ? I thought the brakes would hit the shocks after 50 mm

All standard just cut down and changed back to drums. i was worried about the drums but the car still pulls up with no chute from 158mph.

Off the shelf is obviously a different story! As I found out with the convos I just bought...theyre 'flush' to say the least...

In my old Calais I cut the lip part off the outer edge of the trailing arm and welded a plate on top of the arm to give the tyre clearance

What's a good size wheel/tyre combo to use at the track when using a standard width vl diff ?

I ran a 15x7 chaser and a 26 (or 28, cant remember!) x9 E/T full slick on a standard rear end...

Got my 8s on the wkend, had some 255/60/15 normal Nankang radials fitted up, big tire!...They fit, just...so far ive ground most of the seat belt bolt off and bent the edge of the trailing arm down out of the way...next will be to trim the edge of the rear bumper...looks tough.
Offset is pretty much standard chaser rim offset, there is minimal extra dish, its all in the inside.
