i dont really think i was going all that fast.. i think i may have hit the wall at around 120 - 150km/h maybe a bit less.. mb a bit more... i gotta see the vid properly, the car hit the wall at that speed but the tyres would have been turning at around 240km/h as i was chalking 4th gear as the car went
Well lucky for you you came out injury free I'm guessing??
I hit a wall at 200 and wasent so lucky.
Best of luck to you when you build something new,I'm also sure a few extra bars will be added to the cage too..........

yeah mate dont stress can happen to any type of car even pro cars crash when pushing boundaries.

imagine if you had purchased or built some super expensive chassis car from the states or something and this was to happen it would be 50-100k down the gurgler.

seems all the really big power small tyre cars are seeming to have reached or reaching there traction limits and now its becoming who with the biggest balls will keep into it till the end type of scenario. first joe from pacs vl now julz whos next.

goodluck regardless julz.

Joe's accident had something to do with the deployment of the chute, not as above.

Wish you all the best Julian, hope to see you and your wheel standing antics once again in the future. Will always remain an iconic car.

that car really did pull out some memorable wheelies!! **** i enjoyed every bit of racing at jambo 2008, the match up between my car and VLGOD then the wheelies then popping the engine and nearly tipping the car over!

what a race meeting!

End of an era that's for sure. For me kil351 highlights was the dented intercooler when it was silver, cover of street commodores, jamboree 2008, the nitrous backfire on the line (still got a piece of the bonnet vent at home from when it went flying) and seeing it for the first time with Maatouk stickers. Oh and those ****ing door moulds!!
