which turbos for twin turbo set up

im interested in maybe havin a twin turbo setup a bit later on

im lookin at probably makin between 300-350rwkw

has to be hi mount manifold and the turbos have to be a decent size coz i hate the look of small turbos on a hi mount

this car will be a show/street/strip car so thats the reason il be goin 4 sumthin different

some advice n piks would be good people

GT30's good for 500hp, or the GT28RS both will produce a good amount of power in twin turbo form, and will also look nice in the engine bay

If youve got some money to waste and an engine strong enough GT45R

480hp turbos with .64 internal gate rears and big .7 front covers so they will look like gt3582r from the front

definitely go the T28's. I looked into doing it years ago because you could steal the turbo's off Nissan 200's.

n do they look big?

i want the turbos to look big so wen u pop the bonnet at shows the engine bay looks crazy but really there not that big so it doesnt hit fullboost at redline if u no wat i mean lolz

duz360 has got the right idea of what ime lookin 4

does any1 have pictures of any of these turbos 2

T28 is a touch smaller than a stock VL turbo. So would look pretty crazy. Its also what is recommended for early boost and pretty hard hitting boost.

twin t28's wouldn't make 350rwkw i don't think.. as leigh said 2876's, no way would you want to use to4e's, to4e's are laggy for the power they produce as is, without putting to of them in!

twin HKS 2530s or their garrett equivalents the gt2860-5 will get you there.

Theyll have awesome response and a great top end

Havnt heard of anyone having them in a VL before tho
