Refit Rear Window
Hey guys.
just got the rear of the calais painted, and removed all traces of rust, now its time to get the rear window back in. a while ago, i had a go, using a "telstra" rope around the rubber and pulled it through, next bit would be urathane? anything i'm missing?

The rubber is the only thing that holds it in, I wouldn't put any urethane around it you would just make it harder for any water that does get in there to find a way out

For rear window you want a soft urethane that doesnt dry hard.
I had my rear window put in by obrien not that long ago and they used that method you mentioned with the string.
