According to what Craig told me you're better off getting a new or newish SL/Tail Light and eye match the bit of silver on them to the Garnish.

Apparently there was never a silver paint code designated for the Garnish.

Am i missing something, or are you talking about the MX grey garnish? Where on an Exec/SL was there ever Asteroid silver?

Yep except its not MX grey its in between asteroid and MX and has been mentioned there is no paint code, I would paint it MX anyway as the darker shade is ok but as we know some people have gotta have original holden.

Like Boyracer said, it's about halfway between the two. They were originally manufactured, painted and supplied by Hella for Holden so just colour match it to the little grey patches on the SL/Exec tail lights.
