Does VT master cylinder bolt up to VS brake booster without spacer

Hey fellas, Iv'e just installed VX front disc rotors & brake calipers on my 96 series 2 VS, brakes are better than factory but very spongy, after more research have picked up another master cylinder off a 99 VT also a AU fluid bottle. But not sure if the master cylinder will bolt straight up to the VS brake booster & if i'm needing to buy a spacer. Cheers
