Opinions needed... Auto Elec work

Heya there guys and gals.. Just thought id quickly post up here for some opinions.. Im in the midst of purchasing a new microtech and loom for my car and in the recent past i had to buy a new MIKEM fuserail and needed some electrical work done asap.. So ive already teed it up and have got a proffesional coming out to my home at a cost of $110 for the 1st half hour then $110 every hour after to do the repairs. Now this is where i need some help.. Should i get this auto elec bloke to take extra time to install the microtech and loom as well as everything else?? Or should i just let him fix up all the fuserail (and a bit of interior loom attention) and take the ecu & loom to a workshop.. Knowing that itd have to be tuned regardless??

Cheers for any of your help.. Just wanted your opinions.

Shaun

was definately thinking along those lines.. Seems a lot more simplistic. Was just being a tightarse. Reasons being withheld

I think you're better off taking it to a shop as they'll be familiar with exactly what sensors the MicroTech needs wired up where the auto elec may not. I'd say that fact alone will save you time and money.

Yeah im just going to leave it and let a workshop take care of it... Auto elec can do everything else.
