Starting to look like a car again, felt good to sit init for the first time. Brought the seats and head liner for $100 just to mock things up. Bad news is I pushed a whole in the boot floor so that has to be fixed and I'm also getting a mate to box in the back of the head lights. Has anyone got pictures of this done before I just want to see where they stopped. Pics up soon

feel bad for the bloke i got the interior off of, poor guy had his vl calais vandalized with graffiti.

went into the garage with the intention of cleaning it and sorting my mess out and ending up bolting and mocking up the front end so its the first time it has actually looked like a calais and worn its plates.

brought a mig welder a couple of weeks back and decided to weld studs on so i could p clamp the looms inside the wheel arch. getting ok at welding now.

so many different colours on 1 car haha. i also didnt realise there was about half an inch of bog all over the bay. so sanding took alot longer than expected even with the grinder.

flipped her around and chucked the rear springs in. so she sits more level now with a bit of bounce.

5 hour round trip to get this interior. 30mins to install it haha. still missing a few bits. very wierd to sit in it now with almost a full interior

cheers mate- nah not a kit man. got everything from ebay and made it up as i went along. i will probably end up still having a few relays mounted up under the right hand dash where they are normally, so ill figure out something for there aswell when i get to it.

hey guys,

This is up for sale, dont really work on it anymore and i have no interest in street cars anymore. ( got into 4WDs/camping) Etc. comes as is with extra interior stuff i have gathered over the years. The customs plates have been transfered so its got standard plates now. still regoed for the next 3 months. wiring needs finishing off. needs a new left front guard as i am chucking the current one out - rooted)

Pretty much has a full red interior now in pretty good nick.
could do with being rubbed back and re primed as its being sitting in the garage for a number of years in primer. has a few bits of minor surface rust here and there.
can also come with two rb30 long motors.

chasing 2 k ONO want it gone asap.
