yellow sticker/permit questions

Gday, my vlt just got stickered, and need some info on what i can get permits for.
Heres the mods im concerned about...
Hi mount turbo
Ext gate with screamer
Full manual reverse pattern c4 with quicksilver shifter
Kazz LSD
Assorted gauges
044 fuel pump and surge tank in boot
Intercooler.

Any info on the above, and info on how to go about getting permits will be much appreciated.
Cheers.

Should be able to get all of it sorted except for the screamer... It will need to be plumbed back into the exhaust. Someone correct me if I'm wrong (I'm in nsw) so might not apply to other states

yeah screamer has to be plumbed back.
might get hit with a gas5 test due to the high mount turbo. can be passed with a decent cat and tune though.
shifter needs p/n/d/1/2 lights to illuminate i'm pretty sure.
guages depend on their location mostly.
you'll probably be better off removing the surge tank and relocating the 044 under the car as well. they wont like the setup in the boot.

Cheers for that guys. Any idea about the rev pattern manualised c4/ratchet shifter? Specifically..
Is it illegal in general to use a reverse pattern manualised trans on the rd
And is the gear indicator being on the left side of the stick illegal?
.
