This thread is an excellent indication as to what the factory fuel system will support and will quash many a claim of 180++++rwkw with the standard fuel system!
So ***n sick of hearing about people making 180+ on only 2psi with a stock T3 etc etc.....
Ironically the majority of these claims are posted by guys from Vic....home of all things fast.Thats good power anyway VLCT88, whack some injectors a pump and a computer on it and give it 17-18psi...Hello 200+rwkw.

My car made just over 200rwkw on a stock fuel system with 5 speed, my mates made slightly more power also with a stock fuel system. It can be done, but the mixtures are starting to get a bit lean.

yea exactly right man, i was having a chat to a bloke and he reckons add 5% to rpm's dyno results as it reads a little low... but adding 5% still only gives me just under 180 rwkw. Sure It is possible to push a bit more out, but at what expense... i know me personally woodnt wanna lean it out for an extra 5-10 kw and b in jepody of blowing the motor. But yer i wood say anyone that says they r making anymore than 180rwkw on a stock fuel system is either A) on a dodgy dyno or B) a sh!t talker

VLCT88- just because your car aint making more than 180rwkw on stock fuel system doesnt mean its not possible with other VLs.

They all utilise the same mechanical parts? How can one make X amount and one make something else? Yes there will be SLIGHT differences in relation to condition of motor etc etc I think at the end of the day it comes down to individual dynos more than anything.........
Anyway Sky30, VLCT88 would munch your 5speed on the street even with your additional 30rwkw.... VL 5speeds suck.....
Please dont start talkin about 'FREAK' motors..................
