Some of the replies to this question are ridiculously stupid. Be sensible FFS

Honestly, i finished school this year, My mother bought me my VL which i have spent alot of my own money on since.. Working while i studied was hard, and spending that money on the VL probably wasn't worth it, however, it wasn't just the VL i spent money on, i had to support my guitar acquisition syndrome too, and i tell you what, those puppies aren't cheap haha.

P.s. Tarrants success at westpac is clearly through good looks, hard work and perseverance! My hat goes off to that man.

by far the most pointless thread on ct people are not going to admit they rob and pull scams to make money to get were they are and get there cars lookn sexy.. its commen sence get a job, learn a trade, open a business and so on etc and cars dont become A1 10sec autosaloon material overnight its rare that you see a cars built tip top in a short peroid of time some people take up to 5 years to build there cars you have to learn how to budget!! slowy slowy getting stuff done on the way having sources in mechanics, spraypainters and other shops etc......

learn to budget, look for second hand parts in perfect condition to either use or sell, and get a job!!

i did 2-3 years of starting at midnight every night just to get the penalty rates to make more money, means u then do a 40 hour week and 25 of those hours are at 130%
also helps working sundays for double time, let ur social life go and the money will come in

Do as much of it myself.
Then what i cant , i have mates rates.
I help mates out , they help me out or give me discount.

Just remember time costs money , you do something you save time hence save money.

This is the very reason I don't do much work on my cars. I am much better off spending my time making good money so I can pay someone to do the work properly
