NA runners are supposed to be larger diameter and they also make the plenum sit further away from the fuel rail, whereas the turbo runners sit it closer.
Still waiting on pics of standard ECU adaptions.

I meant you are/were obviously running standard ecu but how did you get the standard ecu to recognise the XF, works on na's but not turbos??

OK, I had a thread on this in engine management but the general perception was turbo TPS run like poo with XF's with standard ECU due to the fact that 0 vaccum or almost full load occurs at 1/3 throttle on the xf. NA TPS are different and are open or closed so they do work well if converted on na's. The people using turbo TPS had to get theirs calibrated by a tuner.

The T.P.S has nothing to do with measuring boost, the only difference is the automatic ones are variable as well as either open or closed. You can adapt any vl T.P.S on the xf throttle body's and they'll work normaly with a standard ECU.

hey mate. just wondering what sort of piping kit you could do for a nizpro "stealth" cooler. where the pipe comes up the side of the cooler and then runs along the top. i would only need pipe from top of intercooler to the plenum. have you seen any of your plenums set up with these coolers.
a pic can be found here... http://www.flickr.com/photos/64902339@N00/

thanks mate
