Best way to race start a VS - **VS**

Hey guys,

I know the VL's are a peice of piss to launch hard but do ya reckon there would be anything different to the VS?

Traction shouldn't be a huge issue cos i've got plans to drop the PSI and try it.

The other thing is, its really easy to manually **** an Auto in the VS cos it gives you 1, 2, 4 and then D rather than 1, 2, D in the VL... Any ideas on when it should be shifting? its got a tacho.

The 3.8 has a lot of low down torque, as you probably already know
Its not really a rev happy thing so changing at about 4500-5000 is probably the best way to keep it in its torque band. Also if you rev it too much i think those cars will shift up by themselves.
My cousins got a manual and its chipped so that it revs out to 6000. But its useless revving it that far. Doesn't stop him though.
