it's a shame that the Vic boys dont travel, in saying that if I lived there and didn't have to worry about tech inspections andra lic I would still be racing myself............

yeah well lets see what these rajab cars have up there sleeve in coming weeks there racecar should be interesting from the pictures of the engine bay and i would assume certainly 7 second time slips but then again they have been known to hype things up and never deliver so who knows.

Yeah I lost interest abit in the VL, plus was not able to race Jambo this year becuase they changed the date and i'll be on holidays that weekend, so I gave up this year will work on next year new car maybe?

Saw both Spot-on VL's get moved around today at seperate times. They look so tuff now!

yeah i agree champ they have fallin that far by the wayside i would just save my money and not even bother if i were them.

almost every other workshop has ran a 7 and they cant even get there car to a track but yet always hype things up saying anytime now.

i would have loved to see your car at jambo smashing out some tuff times sherif its a wicked beast.

BQQ57 was off for a tune and my wagon was off trying to get the rear end sorted. Shame I won't be up there on the w'e to see my wagon run. Hopefully she hooks up and gets deep into the 8's

We've changed tuners a few times. Originally Sean at efi, then Justin at ctp/hps, but this time graham from turbowerx has been giving Danny a hand tuning the wagon.
Hoping she'll be at Jambo with around the 1100hp mark, and drop well into the 8's, just need it to hook up.
Fingers crossed BQQ57 dips into the 9's, it's been a long time coming

Pretty much a new car since it was out last.
New motor, new turbo, plenum, exhaust manifold, rebuilt box and converter, full floater rear, paint, panels etc etc. list just goes on.

Only problem is getting it down the track, two wednesdays ago it was out with a soft tune and no spray, so 800hp, and Danny had a hell of a time getting it to hook up and stay straight. I may have mentioned to him that if he can't get it to run the times we want over the w'e, to rip out that rear sway bar and have some fun during the grudgies, and get that left front up in the air again. Haha

Nothing wrong with the old motor, it's still sitting in the workshop. But it had the vvti head, so got a whole new non vvti motor, and did some work to it, and Andy picked up some backing from spool conrods so did a whole new bottom end. Then it just snow balled from there and ended up with a 47r hanging off it. Haha.

Change of plans for the w'e, the boys aren't confident in getting the extra power to the ground after having the rear end set up. The bloke reckons realistically it needs a new rear clip etc. so only running a measely 800hp again. I guess I'll be happy if it runs an 8.99.
