WTB VR/VS Premium brakes

Chasing a set of brakes that were fitted to the VR/VS cars with the 5.7 litre engine such as the GTS, Senator, Grange etc.

Looking for rotors and calipers, complete set up.

Cheers.

I wish!!!!

Just want the tank to stop a bit (a lot) better. I like stopping and going around corners. While it handles pretty well now for a big girl, it certainly doesn't stop.

How's the VK going? Still hanging to see it.

nah mate, the 215 was only optional, but all cars with the 215 spec engine got the big brakes. However, they were not an option on the 185 spec cars.

Looking for something better that's "Period correct" you could say. Plus you don' t need to change the brake booster with these calipers like you do with the VT ones and the rotors are 330mm. Just costs more than VT brakes

The rears are also a lot different as usually the rear discs are solid whereas the premium brakes had vented rear rotors and a finned caliper like the fronts.

just calipers and rotors. With these C4 twin piston calipers you don't need to change the master cylinder etc like you do with the VT conversion, plus the rotors are 40mm bigger.
