Vl turbo overheating

Hi guys just want to know if anyone has had a similar issue?
This has been an ongoing issue for the past year and still can't put my finger around it...
Car keeps heating up after driving it for 5 minutes temps rise to 93 degrees and keep climbing as I keep driving... I can leave the car idling for an hour and won't over heat it's only once I start driving it..
The car use to make 247kw never over heated.
Car now makes 311kw and constantly over heats

Have changed the following
New radiator 3core
Spal thermo fan
New thermostat (genuine)
New head gasket
New water pump
New hoses
New rad cap
New overflow

Only thing different thing is since got it tuned is bigger can and bigger rear housing. Motor is rebuilt, just put a new head on it last week and still same issue. Fuel mixtures and timing are also good..

Cheers
