hey everyone i ust bought a holden vl and im wanting to slowly work on the car and make it run a 10 or lower after a few years the vl is in ok condition motor isnt 100% and has rust on usual spots and rear quarter paneland paints just abit faided everything else is mint such as interior.

im on a tight budget as i am only 15 working in a truck and me and my bestmate both bought a vl and have big plans for the future ahead of us but anyways im looking for a cheap manual gearbox and looking for someone who does cheap resprays for whole cars and dont want it to be over $1500.

i want to keep the car a sleeper make it look stock but be atleast 320rwkw after new turbo motor has been put in.

one more thing im not sure if my cars a series 1 or 2 how do i find out ? Make

For that money you'll have to strip it all down yourself, and rub it back too. That's also assuming it requires no panel beating as well
