Strait Gas RB30 Turbo Build

Hi Guys,
I'm planning on building a rb30 turbo for my comp truck project.
I thought here would be the best place to get started on the right info.
This is going to be a budget build (not dodgy), but enough to get the job done. I want to utilise everything I have and keep value to a maximum.
I don't want a 1000hp monster that is useless off boost, and I don't want sumthing that will run out of legs up top. I was thinking around the 220kw mark should be about right as its not going to be in a heavy car.

Will I need forgies, Or are there other pistons/rings that will suffice?
Rods? Will standard rods, valve springs, bolts and bearings be adequate?
I Was thinking a freshen up with a bore, new pistons, bearings, rings, arp bolts and a new oil pump. Is there particular brands that you guys recommend for value for money?
When choosing pistons, Should I make acceptions for it being a strait gas motor?
Are the NA rb30 heads any different to the turbo models, or is it Just the pistons?
Will a standard vl turbo cam suffice, or would there be an as good option in maybe a re-grind?
How much power are you guys getting with one B2 converter, as opposed 2?
I have done a little reading in the past and the jd customs plenums look like good value, is there a company making quality turbo manifolds at a good price?
any info would be great.
thanks for reading

turbo setup

Hi mate just say a post by you about 3 months ago. Do you still have the conversion for sale. I've got a rb30 gq that I am working on and if you have a complete kit that would make life easy. Cheers Simon
