yer you got it cheap , but it looks pretty rough mate no offense . is it really worth spending the $ to go through the hassle of puttinganother engine in it?

it going to cost 1500 to have motor and box installed. pretty sure that makes it worth it i can spend 3 k on it and still be up and have it to a decent condition to sell.
I think its worth fixing do you guys ??????????

yeh its a bit rough but hey,
if you can do all the work your self, smash a coat of jam on it slap in another engine and box, flog it off for 6gs or somethin, you got it for under a 1k it be hard to loose qwid. then again if you gota pay a shop to do the work its a waste already

Looks like it could be a good project. Like you say there's nothing too major and you could have quite a good car with good suspension, wheels and a new, strong motor for around 10k (what engine were you going to fit?). Maybe even less if you do some shopping around and do virtually all of the work yourself.
Good luck and keep us posted on how it all goes.
