Send a message via ICQ to JC
Replace the dizzy with another one and see what happens. Had this happen to me before, dizzy was on it's way out, erratic spark

First thing i would do is to activate the self diagnosis mode on the ECU and see what codes are displayed.
Then erase them,go 4 a drive and see what code it displays then.
It should point you in the right direction if its got something to do with the engine management.I'm assuming it has the standard computer.
Doing this has saved me alot headaches b4,if you need info on how to do this let me know or it's covered in the gregorys workshop manual.

yer so did i but now its still playin up but worse i was thinking bout changing my CAS but i thought it was just the afm i think because the car hasnt been used in along time and hadnt had a service in three years me giving it a good run has brought out all the problems i deffintly think it has something to do with the CAS thou
