If it runs okay with engine starter/ flammable spray it's most likely a fuel pump issue.. check the fuel flow (remove the line from the injector rail and crank it should fill a bottle pretty quickly)

I bought one for my car, didn't notice a whole lot of difference but saying that it has not been tuned etc.
They really do look the goods though, and are fairly easy to bolt up...

I'd say it would be the quality. had a similar issue with mine(cracking) and the fuel eventually seeped through as it became porous, that was supposed to be fuel rated hose but lasted like a week!...

i'm pretty sure bypassing the cold start valve would be the same as having a faulty one. It's there for the cold start, If you can get your hands on a cheap one might be worth a shot.

A good way to check if it is related to fuel is to spray some throttle body cleaner or start ya ******* (something like that)...
