Twincam head....? Or just a single cam? Of course you will need to get it "remapped" and go for a tune but there's also the problem of wiring... 25det head wiring is different to a 30 mate

Autometer water temp gauge resistance

hi guys, just wondering if by any chance the rb30 water temp sensor gives off the same resistances as an autometer one? Fat chance but lost my autometer sensor somehow...

two seperate problems? One being a stuffed speedo drive and other one sounds like a fuel starvation problem maybe. Just suggestions

To check if it's your AFM;

Unplug the AFM and if it idles and revs up to around 2500rpm fine then the AFm is the problem.

So you found the thrust bearing to be causing the ticking sound? I jsut got my car all fixed and need to fix this noise. Im realllllly annoyed I have to take the gearbox off again.

Found the problem. Turns out some injector wires...

Found the problem. Turns out some injector wires had been rubbing up against the block or something and it had kept like 3 of them constantly earthed which means they were constantly wide open....

I didnt boost up the road, i havent taken it above 3k rpm since engine was put in. im gonna unplug afm tomorrow and see if it runs alright up to about 2500rpm. If it runs alright with afm unplugged...

Ticking noise coming from gbox/clutch

Anybody ever had a noise coming from the gbox/clutch that sounds like jsut a light ticking and know what is making the sound?

It gets louder/faster as I speed up

Just popped two of those clip things out that...

Just popped two of those clip things out that hold the trim in, replaced the clips with washers and still holds the trim in and now my intercooler no worries.

Thanks man. I used a couple brackets but it gives it wayyy too much movment so il just mount straight to the intercooler instead of using brackets.
