With higher boost pressure wouldnt you need heavier valve springs so the pressure inside the cyclinders doesnt escape. (valves leak cause insufficient pressure to hold them shut)?

Unfortunantly that is your spacer at the end of your clutch packs. Its used to take up end float and is extremely common for them to melt when when the auto gets too hot.

Ive got one here for a SM4 if that will help. However its setup for wasted spark and im not using the dizzy at all. Givve me a yell if this will do.

My wagon made 205kw at 14 PSI on a T3 highflow. It has more but my auto cant handle it. That was dynoed at RAJAB in cambellfield when they were tuning my car.

Ive actualy got this installed and working on my car. The only thing i didnt ever get working was the fuel estimate guage. I just had enough.

Ive been using this setup for over 2 years now and i have no issues any more. Both the sync and cylinder ref is picked up off the cam wheel. I mounted it to the cam wheel as the design i have used...

Have you had any trouble fitting the gearbox in the tunnel at all Mr Leigh?

Ive done some measurement and im not sure its going to fit in the tunnel.

Have you fitted yours u yet?

Most jatcos that are built to hold high power (300kw +) are fully manualized from what ive seen. Plus the cost involved is huge. If its possible to use an r33 auto for approx 300kw and keep...

Im doing the same conversion on a mates car at the moment. im looking at installing it next week. Are you using the computer that came with the box or are you using the MV auto computer?

Decompression plate thickness

Im helping a mate do a conversion and was wondering how to calculate the compression in regards to the decomp plate thickness. I was thinking of getting a cometic 1.5mm for him.

Get one of your spare CAS unit and looking at the back of it thiers a metal tab that earths the cas unit. Cut this off and your problems should be solved. I had a similar problem and was told by...

Possibly the park brake hasnt been installed properly. Its a lever that sits inside the last auto gearbox housing.
